Introducing a product that will change the way our industry sees condensing boiler technology. The Creek condensing boiler can be used as a high efficiency heating boiler. The heart of the Creek condensing boiler is a robust titanium infused stainless steel heat exchanger - the key to its high efficiency. This design allows the boiler to withstand the corrosiveness of condensed flue gases for years of reliable operation. A large horizontal combustion chamber limits the formation of Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) and is matched with a specially engineered vertical condensing section of AISI 316 Ti stainless steel. Burners, controls, and pumps are all first quality name-brand OEM components such as Honeywell and PowerFlame. The Creek condensing boiler is a flow-through design which means no dedicated boiler pump is required. The Creek condensing boiler has no limit on return water temperature, and is designed with TWO hot water returns, allowing for a system with two distinct loops and two different return temperatures. This makes the Creek condensing boiler a very flexible boiler that can be used in many situations.
Innovative Condensing Boiler TechnologyCondensing boilers are specifically designed to deliver maximum total efficiency and lowest total emissions while maintaining a responsive load response and low waterside pressure drop, for both the replacement heating boiler market and new construction. Superior Domestic Hot Water Boilers are high-quality indirect water heaters that are a creative solution for virtually any potable water application. These vessels have an oversized indirect copper coil that provides substantial water volumes at a typical rise of 100°F. An oversized 1.5 inch diameter copper coil of up to 90 feet long provides substantial water volumes when needed. This large diameter indirect water heater is indirectly-fired, so the boiler water heats potable water inside the coil. This method is superior to direct-firing a coil, because it results in fewer hard water deposits being percolated out of the water. These indirect water heaters can be paired with a domestic hot water storage tank, or simply used to circulate domestic hot water through the building loop for instant hot water. These boilers are ready-to-install packaged systems featuring a perfectly matched powerful and efficient burner/boiler combination. All necessary hot water boiler controls and secondary plumbing are in place and pre-wired, with the vessels easily fitting into difficult spaces.
Domestic Low Temperature Hot Water Boilers AvailableSuperior Boiler Low Temperature Hot Water Boilers are an excellent choice for applications such as in-floor radiant heating, snow melt situations, or pool heating, where the returning water is a very low temperature. They are also excellent at providing supplemental heat for applications such as water source heat pump. Like all our boilers, these are ready-to-install packaged systems featuring a perfectly matched powerful, efficient burner/boiler combination. All necessary hot water boiler controls and secondary plumbing are in place and pre-wired, with the vessels easily fitting into tight spaces. These boilers are an excellent choice for schools & universities, healthcare facilities, office buildings, historic landmark buildings, residential space heating and industrial space heating needs. Redundant modular boilers are very important for healthcare facilities, and the small footprint is the perfect solution for universities, and other campus situations that require decentralizing a large central heating plant. Uncomplicated off-the-shelf controls enable facility managers to quickly and easily perform important maintenance operations, and allow for the quick sourcing of parts when needed. For industry, Superior Boiler's uniquely rugged boilers can provide heat to a small area of a large facility without running a line from the central heating plant. Applications have included drying ovens, plating operations, food processing, quenching operations, and washdown stations. Superior Boiler offers burners that can fire gas, oil, propane, or dual fuel. Gas trains can be stage-fired via on/off, low/high/off, low/high/low or modulating.
