ACCOUNT MANAGER
Our Account Managers effectively manage customer accounts, identify customer needs, and provide solutions. You’re the knowledgeable person who will help your customers with product selection and ensure orders are processed properly. If you’re hungry to make a sale, this might be the position for you.
PROJECT MANAGER
Project Managers oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines and production schedules, while keeping everyone updated on the progress. You’re the one making sure everyone has what they need, when they need it, and communicating with production and management, as well as clients, to keep the project running smoothly. If you like logistics, planning, and enjoy being organized, you’ll find satisfaction in this role.
AFTERMARKET PARTS REPRESENTATIVE
Our Aftermarket Parts Reps are the face of Superior Boiler. You’ll take phone calls and help customers with ordering parts and solving warranty issues, answer general questions, and make sure they get the answers they need – either from you or by involving the right person. If you like helping people solve problems and enjoy working with a wide range of personalities, this could be a good fit for you.

We seek individuals adept at designing and producing drawings for metal fabrication components, reading specifications, sketches, models, and prototypes, and creating bills of materials (BOM). If you’re enthusiastic about design and drafting, open to learning, and comfortable asking questions, you might be an ideal addition to the Superior Boiler engineering team.
