Available Positions

Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Manage and lead all activities associated with building facilities, grounds, equipment, and maintenance for multiple facilities. Supervise a team of associates responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, facilities, and grounds; including vehicles, fabrication equipment, general production tools, equipment and electrical power used in the daily operations of the company. Show leadership by being personally involved in many of the day-to-day activities.

Technical Skills

  • Coordinate and supervise a team of direct reports responsible for all maintenance related activities.
  • Run air and power hand tools used in performing assigned repairs.
  • Keep maintenance logs and tool records current.
  • Understand and implement proper Preventative Maintenance Programs.
  • Troubleshoot and correct mechanical problems.
  • Troubleshoot and correct electrical problems.
  • Be knowledgeable of all equipment used in the manufacturing process.
  • Perform all maintenance and repair of production equipment and buildings.
  • Estimate material needs for projects and repairs.
  • Fabricate or assemble production equipment as required.
  • Follow all environmental, safety, and health requirements per company policies.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Be knowledgeable on how to properly operate a boiler, such as the one used for heating in Plant 1.
  • Work with engineering personnel to assist in mechanical issues necessary to support R&D activities as they arise.
  • Assist the V.P. of Operations on the annual budget process identifying maintenance projects and associated cost for management consideration.
  • Work with outside contractors as needed to assist on projects keeping budgets and timelines in mind.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Properly coordinate outside ground services such as mowing, irrigation, etc. on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Be a standing member of the company Safety Committee.

Stockroom / Shipping & Receiving


Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from the stockroom. Package and ship boilers and service parts. Keep shipping area organized and quantities on hand updated.

Technical Skills

  • Receive and stock incoming freight
  • Package and ship service parts
  • Operate forklifts and overhead hoists
  • Must be able to complete all task in said department by the standard time allowed
  • Handle supporting paperwork for these activities
  • Follow all safety requirements
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Some data entry into computer systems



Designs and produces drawings of metal fabrication components and products. Creates bills of material (BOM). Determines product specifications; performs verification/maintenance and product management. Illustrates systems from specifications, source control drawings, sketches, models, prototypes, or verbal instructions. In addition, will help ensure that quality and safety standards are achieved.

Technical Skills

  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of parts and bills of material
  • Work directly with engineering staff to produce drawings and bills of material from sketches, existing drawings, electronic images, along with written and verbal descriptions.
  • Work closely with all departments in the plant to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are error free.
  • Utilizes drafting resources to create new tools to carry out above mentioned tasks more efficiently, including hardware and software design
  • Work from customer drawings, company drawings, vendor drawing or specifications. Use corporate drawing standards as guidelines
  • Performs additional related duties as requested or required

Welder (3G, 6G)

Technical Skills

  • Welding of carbon steel plate under prescribed conditions
  • Grind and clean area where required
  • Work with grinders, stick or mig welders and other tools as required
  • Read and understand blueprints and welding symbols
  • Have knowledge of all aspects welding in the department
  • Must be able to complete all task in said department by the standard time allowed
  • Follow all safety requirements
  • Perform other related duties as required

General Laborer


Experienced General Laborers will provide support to all areas of production by preforming various duties as needed by production departments.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in the use of a wide variety of tools
  • Experience with operating heavy machinery including fork lifts
  • Ability to follow and complete directions for assigned tasks
  • Ability to complete tasks that involve heavy lifting
  • Work with fellow employees to support and promote safety at all times
  • Perform work tasks as assigned by supervisor

Skilled Welders


We are searching for Skilled Code Welders to be responsible for fabricating and welding pressure vessels and related components in accordance to ASME code. Certified Welders perform difficult and unusual welding operations on a wide range of metals and alloys for complex products.

Technical Skills

  • Set voltage for proper penetration and fusion of metals
  • Select electrode type and size
  • Ability to distinguish between metals to determine how to fuse dissimilar metals
  • Obtain maximum weld strength to avoid distortion and adherence to ASME code
  • Interpret complex blueprints and schematics to build systems and products to company and customer standards
  • Perform work tasks as assigned by supervisor

Final Assembly


Assemble various sub-assemblies and final assemblies to print and worksheet specifications.

Technical Skills

  • Read and interpret blue prints and follow various work instructions
  • Assemble various burner assemblies and sub-assemblies in accordance to print and worksheet requirements
  • Proficient at visualizing how components should be assembled
  • Proficient using various hand tools including drills, air tools etc.
  • Ability to work well with fellow employees including active participation in employee involvement activities and problem solving
  • Fully support and participate in promoting safety at all times
